Core useFails

Opening Amazon Polly from its product page led to the AWS Console, which returned a 400 "Access Restricted" page saying access is restricted because the user appears to be in a country or region where AWS does not provide services.

Landing pageWorks

From a Syrian connection, the Amazon Polly product page and its pricing page on aws.amazon.com loaded normally on desktop.

Sign-upFails

Creating an AWS account to use Amazon Polly did not complete: the sign-up page on portal.aws.amazon.com showed "Website Temporarily Unavailable" instead of the registration form, and the tester reported the same page ending sign-up after email verification and password creation.

During AWS account sign-up from a Syrian connection, the email verification code arrived and was accepted, and the tester went on to create a password.
