Vote for what you need

Press “I need this” on a service that doesn’t work from Syria. The most-voted services are the first we take to their companies.

Add a missing service

If Shaghal doesn’t know a site yet, send it from the page. The name and address fill themselves in; we verify it, then start tracking it.

One site, many services

Some addresses host several products. On apple.com, Shaghal lists every service it tracks there, each with its own status, so you can pick the one you use.

Fix a listing

Wrong address, description or support contact? Pick what’s wrong, see what’s recorded now, and send what it should be.

Screenshots, without your personal details

Capture the page as proof, crop it to the part that matters, and black out your name, email or IP address before you send it.

What Shaghal can see

  • Doesn't read the page

    It sees your tab's address and title. It sees the page itself only in a screenshot you choose to take.

  • Looks up only while open

    Close the panel and it stops looking pages up.

  • Skips private addresses

    Browser pages, IP addresses and local networks are never looked up.

Edit a screenshot, and the original never leaves your computer

Cropping and blacking out happen in your browser, before anything is uploaded. We receive a new image with those pixels already gone, so we couldn’t see what you hid, even if we wanted to.

A new image with those pixels gone. It is the only version we receive.

Edit before you press Send. A screenshot you don’t edit is sent as captured, and a box removes only what it fully covers.

Shaghal runs in desktop browsers, not on phones or tablets.

    Open Shaghal on the Chrome Web Store and click Add to Chrome.

  2. 2.Pin it

    Pin Shaghal from the puzzle-piece menu in your toolbar.

  3. 3.Open it on any site

    Click the key. The panel opens beside the page.

  • Edge. Turn on “Allow extensions from other stores” when the store asks.
  • Opera. Add Opera’s “Install Chrome Extensions” first.
  • Firefox is coming soon. Safari is not supported.
