In July 2026 a Canadian technology-solutions company pursuing enterprise projects in Syria asked the trade-compliance team for a structured reassessment, a named contact, and a compliant onboarding path. Several Oracle addresses bounced or proved unmonitored, and no substantive response has been received. The block remains in place.
