Blocked in Syria. A community volunteer first contacted LarkSuite in February 2026 and sent a follow-up in March, after which its support team replied in March 2026 asking which platform Syria wished to onboard and requesting screenshots. The team also raised LarkSuite with its parent company ByteDance in a corporate compliance review. The case is active but unresolved.

Official outreach email sent from corporateaffairs@unblocksyria.com to ethics@bytedance.com. LarkSuite was explicitly named alongside TikTok as a blocked ByteDance product. The email requested a single corporate-level compliance review covering all three platforms.
You can help change this. Syria's political situation has changed—all sanctions have been lifted. Many companies just haven't updated their policies yet. If you work at LarkSuite or know someone who does, share our resources with their legal or compliance team. Sometimes all it takes is one person asking the right question.
