Accessible in Syria, verified by the team in July 2026 on a Mac from a Syrian connection with no VPN. Xcode runs normally and Apple's developer endpoints are reachable, so the IDE is not itself geo-restricted. This resolved the February 2026 community report, which found the website reachable but could not test the application for lack of a Mac. The remaining barrier is installation rather than the product: the Mac App Store is limited in Syria and the direct download requires an Apple Account, which cannot be created with a Syrian phone number. No outreach to the company has been needed.
