The restriction comes from Gumroad's geo-blocking, not the product's own infrastructure. No outreach has been made yet.

Community testing confirmed that TextSniper purchases are blocked from Syria. The product page at textsniper.app loads correctly, but the «Buy now» button redirects to textsniper.gumroad.com, where Gumroad displays «Sorry, this item is not available in your location». The block originates at Gumroad...
You can help change this. Syria's political situation has changed—all sanctions have been lifted. Many companies just haven't updated their policies yet.
