Community testing confirmed that Onshape is blocked in Syria. Attempting to access cad.onshape.com/signin from a Syrian IP returns a 403 Forbidden error, completely preventing access to the sign-in page and the CAD application.
Sanctions are lifted. Most companies just haven't updated their policies. A word from inside PTC can change that.
