Reported on 15 September by a community volunteer testing from Syria: the LibreTexts subject libraries at chem.libretexts.org, eng.libretexts.org and bio.libretexts.org returned a CloudFront 403 error over Syrian ADSL and LTE connections, and opened normally through a VPN set to another country.
Tested from Syria on a desktop browser: the libretexts.org home page opened normally.
Tested from Syria: the tester was using their own LibreOne account and reported that creating an account works. No screenshot of the sign-up step itself was provided.
