Community testing confirmed that Arc is blocked in Syria. Attempting to access arc.net from a Syrian IP returns a Cloudflare WAF block page stating «Sorry, you have been blocked» and «You are unable to access arc.net». The block prevents access to the main site.
You can help change this. Syria's political situation has changed—all sanctions have been lifted. Many companies just haven't updated their policies yet.
