At the email sign-in step the app returns a banner reading «Our app isn't available where you are. Feel free to use it once you're outside the region!» together with a correlation id, and the session cannot proceed. The submitter, a customer of the bank for three years, said the account became unusable after returning to Syria and the funds were moved to another bank.
