- 2026-08-27 — Fully Unblocked. Teaching.com confirmed that Syria has been removed from its blocked-country list and that users in Syria should now be able to access Teaching.com services. The confirmation arrived roughly thirteen hours after the request was forwarded to the company's legal and compliance team, on the same day as the initial outreach. Teaching.com operates Typing.com alongside Reading.com and Nitro Type. This is the first restoration recorded for this service, and it followed a single documented outreach.
- 2026-08-27 — Company Responded. Typing.com's support team replied within two hours, saying it would forward the message and the supporting details to the company's legal and compliance team for review, and that the team would evaluate the current requirements and determine whether any change to the existing access restrictions could be made. The reply came from a named agent and thanked the sender for raising the matter. No timeline was given at this stage.

A community volunteer emailed Typing.com's support team at support@typing.com asking the company to review the access restriction affecting users in Syria across Teaching.com services.
