The only limitation is upgrading to Pro/paid plans: clicking the upgrade button redirects to checkout.stripe.com, which is blocked in Syria ("Something went wrong — the payment provider cannot be reached"). This is a Stripe payment processor block, not a Replit restriction. The core coding, collaboration, and deployment features work normally.
