Blocked in Syria, as its subject libraries return an access error. In September 2026 LibreTexts said it does not block Syria on purpose and asked which pages fail, and a volunteer sent the affected library addresses.

- 2026-09-15 — Follow-up Sent (Community Updates). The volunteer answered LibreTexts' request with the failing addresses: the chem, eng and bio libraries return a CloudFront 403 error from Syrian ADSL and LTE connections, and load normally through a VPN set to any other country.

LibreTexts replied that it is not deliberately blocking traffic from Syria, that one of its cloud infrastructure providers may still be blocking it, and asked which pages or applications fail so it can investigate.
