Community testing in July 2026 found that ing.com returns an Akamai "Access Denied" page (errors.edgesuite.net) from a Syrian mobile connection, and the ING mobile app fails with a generic error. Accessing ing.com from a Syrian mobile connection (3G) returns an Akamai-served «Access Denied» page (errors.edgesuite.net, reference #18.5bb71402.1783593437.f5ed61b) stating the user does not have permission to access the server. The ING mobile app also fails with a generic «Something seems to have gone wrong» error. The block applies to the main ING Group site.
